ProUnity, the fastest growing HR tech company in Belgium, becomes part of HeadFirst Group. As a leading international HR tech service provider, HeadFirst operates the largest platform for professionals in the Netherlands.
With this move, the companies boost their internationalization and platform strategy. ProUnity retains its name and its management team and gains strength and expertise. HeadFirst Group triples its business in Belgium and enriches its offer with a combination of a marketplace for external talent, an integrated management platform and tailored advice and guidance.
A unique flexible and modular service offering
ProUnity is the only provider in Belgium to offer a unique combination of an open marketplace for freelancers and service companies with a proprietary VMS platform and a customised MSP. It helps organizations to find and manage external employees quickly and efficiently, in a more flexible and modular way. ProUnity serves over forty clients, mainly large companies and major Belgian government organizations.
Over four hundred clients in Europe
HeadFirst Group already opened a Belgian office in 2016. With the addition of ProUnity, it triples its existing business in Belgium, serving its clients internationally even better. The group broadens its HR-tech portfolio, which already consists of its hiring platform Select and collaborations with external VMS partners. On a daily basis an average of 16,000 professionals work for over 400 clients in Europe, realising together an annual turnover of over 1.6 billion euros.
